Founding Client Partner
Arthea is building the technical partner for companies entering a new operating era.
For years, service work was built around execution.
Campaigns.
Websites.
Workflows.
Dashboards.
Reports.
Meetings.
Tickets.
Follow-ups.
The work moved, but the structure underneath often stayed fragmented.
That model is reaching its limit.
AI is changing what companies expect from their partners. Clients no longer need more isolated deliverables. They need someone who can understand how their business runs, identify what is slowing it down, and help rebuild the systems behind growth, operations, marketing, retention, and execution.
That is where Arthea operates.
We work inside companies to design and build the systems that make them move better.
CRM infrastructure.
AI workflows.
Conversion architecture.
Internal tools.
Agentic automations.
Operating processes.
Technical foundations that help teams execute with more clarity and less friction.
We are looking for a Founding Client Partner to own the relationship layer between Arthea and the companies we work with.
This is a key early role.
You will not simply manage clients.
You will help translate business complexity into clear priorities, keep projects moving, protect the quality of execution, and make every client feel that Arthea is deeply embedded, highly organized, and serious about outcomes.
The Role
As Founding Client Partner, you will sit between clients, strategy, and execution.
You will lead client communication, prepare meetings, capture context, structure follow-ups, clarify priorities, and make sure the right work moves at the right pace.
You will work closely with the founders, designers, developers, automation builders, and AI systems architects to turn client needs into clear internal action.
You will be responsible for making the client relationship feel premium, calm, and precise.
This role is for someone who can understand a business conversation, extract what matters, organize it, and help turn it into execution.
What You Will Work On
- Managing day-to-day client communication
- Preparing and leading client check-ins
- Turning calls, feedback, and requests into clear internal briefs
- Keeping projects, timelines, and priorities organized
- Following up with clients and internal team members
- Tracking deliverables, decisions, blockers, and next steps
- Helping define client roadmaps across CRM, websites, AI systems, and operations
- Making sure clients always know what is happening, what is next, and why it matters
- Identifying opportunities to improve, expand, or deepen the work
- Protecting the founders’ time by filtering noise and clarifying priorities
- Helping build the internal standards for how Arthea manages client relationships
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone sharp, structured, and commercially intelligent.
You do not need to be a developer.
But you need to understand how digital businesses work.
You should be comfortable speaking with founders, marketing teams, operators, and technical people. You should know how to listen, ask good questions, capture context, and bring clarity to messy situations.
You should be able to manage a client relationship without sounding corporate, generic, or passive.
You are calm under pressure.
You write clearly.
You follow up properly.
You care about details.
You can spot when something is vague, missing, blocked, or misaligned.
You are not here to coordinate for the sake of coordination.
You are here to create trust, momentum, and quality.
You Might Be a Fit If
- You have experience in account management, project management, client success, operations, consulting, growth, marketing, or digital production
- You understand websites, CRM, email marketing, e-commerce, automation, AI tools, or digital systems
- You can turn a messy client message into a clear action plan
- You are comfortable managing several conversations at the same time
- You can write clean updates, briefs, summaries, and follow-ups
- You know how to push a project forward without creating tension
- You can challenge vague requests and bring them back to priorities
- You like working close to founders and early-stage teams
- You want ownership, not a narrow corporate role
What Matters Most
Taste.
Clarity.
Reliability.
Commercial instinct.
The ability to understand what a client really needs, not only what they ask for.
The ability to protect the relationship while protecting the work.
The ability to make complex projects feel controlled, calm, and professional.
What This Role Is Not
This is not a support role.
This is not a task-tracking role.
This is not a role where you simply forward messages between the client and the team.
This is a relationship, strategy, and execution role.
You will be expected to think, organize, anticipate, and take ownership.
Why Join Arthea
Arthea is early, ambitious, and built around a simple conviction:
The next generation of companies will not be powered by disconnected services, but by integrated systems.
We are building the partner that helps companies make that transition.
You will join close to the foundation.
You will help shape how we work with clients, how projects are structured, how communication happens, and how the company scales.
This is a role with real influence.
If you want to join an agency where everything is already fixed, this is probably not the right place.
If you want to help build the client layer of a company designed for the AI era, this might be it.
How To Apply
Send us a short message with:
- Who you are
- What kind of clients or projects you have managed before
- What you are strongest at
- Why this role interests you
- One example of a project, client relationship, or complex situation you helped organize
We are not looking for perfect profiles.
We are looking for someone who can bring clarity, trust, and momentum to ambitious work.
