Brand & Growth Strategist

Shape positioning, offers, messaging, and growth strategy for ambitious brands.

Before a company can scale, it needs to know what it stands for, who it is speaking to, why people should care, and how that message turns into business outcomes.

That is where strategy matters.

We are looking for a Brand & Growth Strategist to help shape the strategic layer behind the work we build for clients.

This role sits between brand, business, offer, website, CRM, acquisition, and customer experience.

You will help clients clarify their positioning, structure their offers, define their messaging, improve their conversion journey, and translate brand strategy into systems that can actually perform.

This is not a role for someone who only writes brand platforms.

It is not a role for someone who only thinks in aesthetics.

It is for someone who can connect meaning, market, message, and growth.

The Role

As Brand & Growth Strategist, you will work with clients and the Arthea team to understand what a brand is trying to become and what is currently blocking that growth.

You will analyze the market, the customer, the offer, the website, the CRM journey, the acquisition flow, and the existing messaging.

Then you will help turn that analysis into clear strategic direction.

You might define a brand positioning, rewrite an offer architecture, create a messaging framework, audit a landing page, map a customer journey, structure a launch narrative, brief a designer, guide a CRM campaign angle, or help a client understand why their current funnel is not converting.

Your work will directly influence what Arthea builds.

Websites.
Landing pages.
CRM flows.
Campaigns.
Automations.
Retention systems.
Client presentations.
Growth roadmaps.

The goal is not to produce strategy documents that sit in folders.

The goal is to create strategic clarity that improves execution.

  • Client discovery workshops and strategic interviews
  • Translating client context into clear internal direction
  • Building strategic documents, frameworks, and playbooks
  • Helping define Arthea’s internal strategy standards and methodology

You should also understand that growth is not only traffic.

Growth depends on the entire system: positioning, acquisition, conversion, retention, product experience, customer relationship, and operational follow-through.

You need to be comfortable moving between abstract thinking and practical execution.

One moment, you may be defining the strategic narrative of a brand.

The next, you may be reviewing a product page, writing campaign angles, improving a signup offer, or helping structure a CRM flow.

You Might Be a Fit If

  • You have experience in brand strategy, growth strategy, marketing strategy, positioning, consulting, DTC, e-commerce, SaaS, or digital products
  • You can turn a vague brand into a clear positioning
  • You understand how websites, funnels, CRM, and campaigns work together
  • You can write clean, sharp strategic copy
  • You can analyze competitors and extract useful insights
  • You know how to structure offers and customer journeys
  • You can lead or support discovery calls with clients
