CRM Manager / Klaviyo Integrator
Arthea works with ambitious e-commerce and DTC brands to build the systems behind growth, retention, and customer experience. Most brands do not have a CRM problem because they lack ideas. They have a CRM problem because their customer data, flows, campaigns, segments, offers, and content are not structured properly.
Emails are sent.
Flows exist.
Campaigns go out.
Reports are reviewed.
But the system underneath is often fragile.
Poor segmentation.
Weak lifecycle logic.
Generic flows.
Unclear reporting.
Missed revenue opportunities.
Disconnected customer journeys.
Too many decisions made campaign by campaign, instead of system by system.
Arthea is building a better way to manage CRM for DTC brands.
We are looking for a CRM Manager / Klaviyo Integrator to help build, manage, and optimize CRM systems for our clients.
This role is for someone who understands Klaviyo, e-commerce, retention, and execution.
Someone who can go from strategy to implementation.
Someone who can take a brand’s customer journey and turn it into flows, segments, campaigns, automations, and reporting that actually drive revenue.
The Role
As CRM Manager / Klaviyo Integrator, you will work on the CRM and retention systems of e-commerce brands.
You will help build and manage Klaviyo accounts, create flows, prepare campaigns, structure segments, clean lists, improve deliverability, analyze performance, and make sure every CRM action is connected to the brand’s commercial goals.
You will work with internal strategists, designers, copywriters, developers, and client leads to turn retention strategy into clean execution.
This is a hands-on role.
You should be comfortable inside Klaviyo, Shopify, email builders, customer segments, analytics dashboards, and campaign calendars.
You do not need to be a designer or copywriter, but you need to understand what makes a CRM system perform.
What You Will Work On
- Building and optimizing Klaviyo flows for DTC and e-commerce brands
- Setting up core lifecycle flows: welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, winback, replenishment, VIP, sunset, back-in-stock, price drop, review request, and more
- Creating and managing campaign calendars
- Preparing email and SMS campaigns inside Klaviyo
- Building customer segments based on behavior, purchase history, engagement, product interest, lifecycle stage, and predicted value
- Connecting Klaviyo with Shopify and other e-commerce tools
- QA testing emails, links, flows, triggers, filters, logic, and dynamic blocks
- Monitoring deliverability, list health, open rates, click rates, conversion, revenue, unsubscribe rates, and spam risks
- Cleaning lists and improving segmentation quality
- Creating performance reports and weekly CRM updates
- Identifying missed opportunities inside the customer journey
- Helping improve retention, repeat purchase, LTV, and customer experience
- Supporting the creation of CRM playbooks, templates, and internal standards for Arthea
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone operational, precise, and genuinely comfortable with CRM systems.
You should know Klaviyo well.
Not just how to send a campaign.
You should understand flows, triggers, filters, conditional splits, segments, dynamic content, attribution, deliverability, and how CRM contributes to e-commerce revenue.
You should be able to look at a Klaviyo account and quickly understand what is missing, what is messy, what is underperforming, and what needs to be rebuilt.
You are organized.
You test properly.
You document your work.
You do not publish campaigns with broken links.
You do not ignore flow logic.
You care about details because details directly affect revenue.
You should be comfortable working with fast-moving e-commerce brands where priorities can change quickly.
You Might Be a Fit If
- You have experience with Klaviyo
- You have worked with Shopify or e-commerce brands
- You understand email marketing and retention
- You know how to build and optimize CRM flows
- You can create clean segments and campaign audiences
- You understand basic e-commerce metrics: revenue, conversion rate, repeat purchase rate, AOV, LTV, purchase frequency, retention, churn, and deliverability
- You can QA your own work before anything goes live
- You can work with designers, copywriters, strategists, and client managers
- You can turn a CRM strategy into actual implementation
- You are comfortable managing several brands or projects at once
- You like building systems, not just sending campaigns

What Matters Most

CRM logic.
Attention to detail.
Commercial understanding.
A strong sense of customer journey.

This is not a pure design role.
This is not a vague marketing assistant role.
This is not someone who only schedules campaigns.
