Remote by default, on Teams, Google Meet or Zoom, which brings together teams spread across several sites. We can also come to your offices, in France or abroad, with travel costs shown in the quote. Sessions run in French or English.
Up to 12, so everyone practises and gets feedback. For larger teams, we run several sessions or a programme.
Nothing leaves without your agreement. Exercises use your real types of documents, anonymised when needed, and we show your teams how to set up their tools so your data is not used to train models.
Since February 2025, Article 4 of the AI Act requires companies that use AI systems to take measures so their staff have a sufficient level of AI literacy. Our sessions cover uses, limits and risks, and every participant receives a certificate of attendance. They help you document that effort; they do not replace legal advice.
A half-day costs between €1,000 and €3,000 excl. VAT, depending on the level and how far we tailor it, for a group of up to 12. A multi-session programme is quoted after the call. The price is fixed before the session.
Yes. After the training, we can build what your teams identified: custom assistants, automations and agents connected to your tools. It is a separate project, quoted on its own.
